Data science in clinical research
Collaborations in which I contribute data analysis and machine learning to clinical and biomedical studies, from genetic risk to transplant outcomes.
Alongside molecular modelling, I take part in clinical and biomedical studies led by other groups, where I bring data analysis and machine learning. Examples include a genetic signature of susceptibility to thyroid cancer, explainable models of fracture risk after kidney transplantation, and a medico-legal method for assessing the use of artificial intelligence in medical liability.
